Podcasts? It's a big yes from me. I have been totally hooked on podcasts since I started listening to them in my last year of school. Prior to that, I listened to music pretty much all day everyday, or as often as I could. Music has always been my form of escapism from the real world... but podcasts have been such a game changer.

It wasn't until I first discovered podcasts one morning when I was scrolling the 'browse' section on Spotify. Deliciously Ella, interviewing Amelia Freer - one of the UK's leading nutritional therapists - popped up on my screen. I gave it a listen and have never looked back. I realised there was so much I could gain from listening to other people talk about their emotions, stories and knowledge. In that one episode with Amelia Freer, I learnt about the concept of 'positive nutrition' which kick started my recovery and journey towards a healthier and happier me.

Below are a list of my favourite, go to podcasts. A mix of health and wellbeing, astrology, food, love, pop culture and general feel good laugh out loud ones. I hope they inspire you to get listening and experience all the incredible episodes out there.

My go-to Podcasts...

1) How to Fail with Elizabeth Day

2) Saturn Returns with Caggie Dunlop

3) Deliciously Ella with Ella and Mathew Mills

4) Happy Place with Fearne Cotton

5) The High Low with Dolly Alderton and Pandora Sykes

6) Table Manners with Jessie and Lennie Ware

7) Love Stories with Dolly Alderton

8) Fortunately with Fi Glover and Jane Garvey

9) Desert Island Discs (the older ones) with Kirsty Young

10) Feel Better, Live More with Doctor Rangan Chaterjee

11) Talking Tastebuds with Venetia La Manna

Happy listening!
